21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on LANXESS
Aktiengesellschaft, Köln, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% and 5%
threshold of the Voting Rights on May 22, 2014 and on that day amounted to
6.01% (this corresponds to 5500000 Voting Rights).
