BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc., New York, NY, U.S.A has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on LANXESS Aktiengesellschaft, Cologne, Germany, have fallen below
the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 27, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 4.77% (this corresponds to 3972895 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 4.77% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
3972895 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
