USA have announced on December 5th 2012 the cancellation - notification of
voting rights according to § 21 sub-section 1 Securities Trading Act (WpHG)
to LANXESS AG, Leverkusen, Germany.

JPMorgan Asset Management (Canada) Inc. cancels the voting right
notifications pursuant to section 21 sub-section 1 WpHG as of 12th, 13th
and 26th October 2010.

JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. cancels the voting right
notifications pursuant to section 21 sub-section 1 WpHG as of 12th, 13th
and 26th October 2010.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. cancels the voting right notifications pursuant to
section 21 sub-section 1 WpHG as of 12th, 13th and 26th October 2010.

Our corresponding publications of voting rights notifications as per
October 20th and November 3rd 2010 are hereby cancelled.
