according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on LANXESS Aktiengesellschaft, Leverkusen, Germany, have exceeded
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 15, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 3.004% (this corresponds to 2499638 Voting Rights).
