voting rights in LANXESS Aktiengesellschaft, Leverkusen, Germany. On that
date FIL Holdings Limited held 2.70% of the voting rights in LANXESS
Aktiengesellschaft arising from 2,244,918 voting rights.
All voting rights in LANXESS Aktiengesellschaft were attributed to FIL
Holdings Limited pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
