WpHG of the following:
On 14 May 2012 FIL Limited fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights in LANXESS Aktiengesellschaft, Leverkusen, Germany. On that date FIL
Limited held 2.70% of the voting rights in LANXESS Aktiengesellschaft
arising from 2,244,918 voting rights.
All voting rights in LANXESS Aktiengesellschaft were attributed to FIL
Limited pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
