1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on LANXESS
Aktiengesellschaft, Leverkusen, Germany, have exceeded the 5% threshold of
the Voting Rights on May 11, 2012 and on that day amounted to 5.28% (this
corresponds to 4393435 Voting Rights).
