1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on LANXESS AG, Leverkusen,
Germany, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 14,
2012 and on that day amounted to 4.92% (this corresponds to 4097363 Voting
Rights).
