according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on LANXESS Aktiengesellschaft, Leverkusen, Germany, have exceeded
the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 11, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 5.29% (this corresponds to 4398313 Voting Rights). Pursuant to
Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1, 5.29% of voting rights (this corresponds to
4398313 voting rights) are attributed to the company. More than 3% are
attributed to the company via SEB AG, Frankfurt, Germany pursuant to Sec.
