Under the Securities Trading Act (WpHG), stockholders are obligated to inform the Company and the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) immediately if the number of voting rights they hold in a listed company reaches, exceeds or drops below 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% or 75% as a result of the purchase or sale of share.
