1) We, Schroders plc., London, United Kingdom write to advise you that in accordance with sec. 21, para. 1 WpHG that our holding of voting rights in SFC Energy AG, Brunnthal-Nord, Germany (ISIN DE0007568578) fell below the 5% threshold and amounted to 4.26% (equivalent to 304,927 voting rights of 7,152,887 total voting rights) on 21 June 2011.
These voting rights in the amount of 4.26% (equivalent to 304,927 voting rights) are in their entirety attributable to Schroders plc pursuant to sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1, no 6 WpHG in connection with sec. 22, para. 1, sent 2 WpHG.

2) Schroder Administration Limited, London, United Kingdom write to advise you that in accordance with sec. 21, para. 1 WpHG that our holding of voting rights in SFC Energy AG, Brunnthal-Nord, Germany (ISIN DE0007568578) fell below the 5% threshold and amounted to 4.26% (equivalent to 304,927 voting rights of 7,152,887 total voting rights)     on 21 June 2011.

These voting rights in the amount of 4.26% (equivalent to 304,927 voting rights) are in their entirety attributable to Schroder Administration Limited pursuant to sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1, no 6 WpHG in connection with sec. 22, para. 1, sent 2 WpHG.

3) Schroder Investment Management Limited, London, United Kingdom write to advise you in accordance with sec. 21, para. 1 WpHG that our holding of voting rights in SFC Energy AG, Brunnthal-Nord, Germany (ISIN DE0007568578) fell below the 5% threshold and amounted to 4.26% (equivalent to 304,927 voting rights of 7,152,887 total voting rights)     on 21 June 2011.

These voting rights in the amount of 4,26% (equivalent to 304,927 voting rights) are in their entirety attributable to Schroder Investment Management Limited pursuant to sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1, no 6 WpHG in connection with sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 2 WpHG.

4) Schroder Investment Management (North America) Limited, London, United Kingdom write to advise you that in accordance with sec. 21, para. 1 WpHG that our holding of voting shares in SFC Energy AG, Brunnthal-Nord, Germany (ISIN DE0007568578) fell below the 3% threshold and amounted to 2.45% (equivalent to 175,478 voting rights of 7,152,887     total voting rights) on 21 June 2011.

These voting rights in the amount of 2.45% (equivalent to 175,478 voting rights) are in their entirety attributable to Schroder Investment Management (North America) Limited pursuant to sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1, no. 6 WpHG.
