The R&H Holdings Ltd., with registered office Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands ('Reporting Person'), herewith notifies that on April 7, 2011 the Reporting Person has fallen below the thresholds of 10% and 5% of financial instruments with the right to acquire shares bearing voting rights in SFC Energy AG, Brunnthal, Germany, and does neither directly nor indirectly hold any financial instruments of this kind. As per this date, the percentage of voting rights to be acquired by financial instruments amounts to 0% (0 voting rights).

Financial instruments with respect to 10.72% of the voting rights (766,788 voting rights) in SFC Energy AG have been exercised.
