On January 28, 2015 Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A., Corso Mortara 22 Turin, Italy, notified us according to Section 21 para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) that on January 23, 2015 its holding in voting rights in telegate AG, Fraunhoferstraße 12a, 82152 Martinsried, fell below the thresholds of 20 % of the voting rights in telegate AG due to a disposal of shares to which voting rights are attached. On January 23, 2015, their holding in voting rights in telegate AG amounted in total to 18,54 %, corresponding to 3,542,630 of a total of 19,111,091 voting rights this amount including 16,24 % corresponding to 3,102,801 of a total of 19,111,091 voting rights held directly and 2,3 % corresponding to 439,829 of a total of 19,111,091 voting rights attributed to Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A. pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG due to shareholding by Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A.'s wholly-owned subsidiary telegate Holding GmbH.

Pursuant to Section 24 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A. also notified us on January 28, 2015 on behalf of and duly authorized by their wholly-owned subsidiary telegate Holding GmbH, Fraunhoferstraße 12a, 82152 Martinsried, that on January 23, 2015 the holding in voting rights in telegate AG previously held by telegate Holding GmbH fell below the threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in telegate AG.
On January 23, 2015 telegate Holding GmbH's holding in voting rights in telegate AG amounted to 2,3 %, corresponding to 439,829 of a total of 19,111,091 voting rights.
