Pursuant to Section 24 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A. notified us on behalf of and duly authorized by their wholly-owned subsidiary telegate Holding GmbH, Fraunhoferstraße 12a, 82152 Planegg (Martinsried), that on January 20, 2015 the holding in voting rights in telegate AG previously held by telegate Holding GmbH fell below the threshold of 5 % of the voting rights in telegate AG.
On January 20, 2015 telegate Holding GmbH's holding in voting rights in telegate AG amounted to 4,55 %, corresponding to 868,731 of a total of 19,111,091 voting rights.
