On January 19, 2015 Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A., Corso Mortara 22 Turin, Italy, notified us according to Section 21 para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) that on December 22, 2014 its holding in voting rights in telegate AG, Fraunhoferstraße 12a, 82152 Martinsried, fell below the thresholds of 75 % and 50 % of the voting rights in telegate AG due to a disposal of shares to which voting rights are attached.
On December 22, 2014, their holding in voting rights in telegate AG amounted in total to 42,93 %, corresponding to 8,203,828 of a total of 19,111,091 voting rights this amount including 16,24 % corresponding to 3,102,801 of a total of 19,111,091 voting rights held directly and 26,69 % corresponding to 5,101,027 of a total of 19,111,091 voting rights attributed to Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A. pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG due to shareholding by Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A.'s wholly-owned subsidiary telegate Holding GmbH.
On the same day Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A. notified us that on January 7, 2015 their holding in voting rights in telegate AG fell below the threshold of 30 % of the voting rights in telegate AG due to a disposal of shares to which voting rights are attached.
On January 7, 2015, their holding in voting rights in telegate AG amounted in total to 26,83 %, corresponding to 5,127,187 of a total of 19,111,091 voting rights this amount including 16,24 % corresponding to 3,102,801 of a total of 19,111,091 voting rights held directly and 10,59 % corresponding to 2,024,386 of a total of 19,111,091 voting rights attributed to Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A. pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG due to shareholding by Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A.'s wholly-owned subsidiary telegate Holding GmbH.
On the same day Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A. notified us that on January 14, 2015 their holding in voting rights in telegate AG fell below the threshold of 25 % of the voting rights in telegate AG due to a disposal of shares to which voting rights are attached.
On January 14, 2015 their holding in voting rights in telegate AG amounted in total to 21,94 % corresponding to 4,193,656 of a total of 19,111,091 voting rights this amount including 16,24 % corresponding to 3,102,801 of a total of 19,111,091 voting rights held directly and 5,71 % corresponding to 1,090,855 of a total of 19,111,091 voting rights attributed to Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A. pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG due to shareholding by Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A.'s wholly-owned subsidiary telegate Holding GmbH.

Pursuant to Section 24 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A. also notified us on January 19, 2015 on behalf of and duly authorized by their wholly-owned subsidiary telegate Holding GmbH, Fraunhoferstraße 12a, 82152 Martinsried, that on December 22, 2014 the holding in voting rights in telegate AG previously held by telegate Holding GmbH fell below the thresholds of 50 % and 30 %  of the voting rights in telegate AG.
On December 22, 2014 telegate Holding GmbH's holding in voting rights in telegate AG amounted to 26,69 %, corresponding to 5,101,027 of a total of 19,111,091 voting rights.
On the same day Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A. notified us on behalf of and duly authorized by their wholly-owned subsidiary telegate Holding GmbH, Fraunhoferstraße 12a, 82152 Martinsried, that on December 29, 2014 the holding in voting rights in telegate AG previously held by telegate Holding GmbH fell below the thresholds of 25 % and 20 % of the voting rights in telegate AG.
On December 29, 2014, telegate Holding GmbH's holding in voting rights in telegate AG amounted to 18,25 % corresponding to 3,488,019 of a total of 19,111,091 voting rights.
On the same day Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A. notified us on behalf of and duly authorized by their wholly-owned subsidiary telegate Holding GmbH, Fraunhoferstraße 12a, 82152 Martinsried, that on December 31, 2014 the holding in voting rights in telegate AG previously held by telegate Holding GmbH fell below the threshold of 15 % of the voting rights in telegate AG. On December 31, 2014, telegate Holding GmbH's holding in voting rights in telegate AG amounted to 14,86 %, corresponding to 2,839,651 of a total of 19,111,091 voting rights.
On the same day Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A. notified us on behalf of and duly authorized by their wholly-owned subsidiary telegate Holding GmbH, Fraunhoferstraße 12a, 82152 Martinsried, that on January 8, 2015 the holding in voting rights in telegate AG previously held by telegate Holding GmbH fell below the threshold of 10 % of the voting rights in telegate AG. On January 8, 2015 telegate Holding GmbH's holding in voting rights in telegate AG amounted to 9,95 % corresponding to 1,902,121 of a total of 19,111,091 voting rights.
