On October 13, 2008 , FINANCIERE DE L'ECHIQUIER, Paris, France has informed us according to Section 21 (1) of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Homag Group AG, Schopfloch, Germany, ISIN: DE0005297204, WKN: 529720, crossed below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights on October 10, 2008 and now amounts to 2.96% (this corresponds to 464,295 voting rights).

According to Section 22, paragraph 1, sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.02% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 3,495 voting rights) is to be attributed to the company.
