Kirchheim/Teck, Germany, 22 August 2013 - Dialog Semiconductor plc (FWB: DLG), a provider of highly integrated power management, audio, AC/DC and short range wireless technologies today announced that Dr Chang-Bun Yoon, appointed to the Board on 24 April 2012 as an independent Non-Executive Director, resigned on 22 August 2013.

On 5 August 2013, CB Yoon was appointed as the Senior Secretary to the President for Future Strategy by the President of the Republic of Korea. In view of the new role and the expected time commitment, CB Yoon has decided to resign as a Director of Dialog. The Board of Dialog wants to thank CB Yoon for his valuable contribution as Director over the past 16 months and wishes him every success in his new governmental role in South Korea.
