AMUNDI S.A., Paris, France, has fallen below the treshold of 3% of the voting rights in Klöckner & Co SE on 20 January 2011 and amounted to 2.98% on this date, corresponding to 1,980,104 voting rights. 1.88% of the voting rights (corresponding to 1,246,928 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
2. AMUNDI S.A., Paris, France, has exceeded the treshold of 3% of the voting rights in Klöckner & Co SE on 28 January 2011 and amounted to 3.003% on this date, corresponding to 1,997,327 voting rights. 1.901% of the voting rights (corresponding to 1,264,151 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
