Pursuant to section 21 para. 1 Securities Trading Act (WpHG), Klöckner & Co SE,
Am Silberpalais 1, D 47057 Duisburg, has been notified as follows:
1. Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway), Oslo, Norway, has fallen below the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in Klöckner & Co SE on 12 May 2011. The voting rights held by Norges Bank amounted to 4.09% on this date, corresponding to 2,719,763 voting rights.

2. The State of Norway, Oslo, Norway, has fallen below the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in Klöckner & Co SE on 12 May 2011. The voting rights amounted to 4.09% on this date, corresponding to 2,719,763 voting rights. Norges Bank is controlled by the State of Norway, and voting rights held by Norges Bank are attributed to the State of Norway pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
