Pursuant to section 21 para. 1 sentence 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), Klöckner & Co SE, Am Silberpalais 1, 47057 Duisburg, has been notified as follows on behalf of the companies mentioned below:
1.) Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway), Oslo, Norway, has fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in Klöckner & Co SE on 21 February 2012. The voting rights held by Norges Bank amounted to 2.87% on this date, corresponding to 2,864,315 voting rights.

2.) The State of Norway, Oslo, Norway, has fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in Klöckner & Co SE on 21 February 2012. The voting rights held by the State of Norway amounted to 2.87% on this date, corresponding to 2,864,315 voting rights. The voting rights are attributed to the State of Norway pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 German Securities Trading Act (WpHG). They are held by Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway), Oslo, Norway, which is controlled by the State of Norway.
