Elisabeth Pataki is a finance executive with over 17 years of deep international experience gained at various listed and privately held companies. Elisabeth Pataki began her career at Boston, Massachusetts based Raytheon Company (now Raytheon Technologies), a major U.S. aerospace and defense contractor where she held positions of increasing responsibility at several of Raytheon’s business segments and global headquarters in diverse geographic locations. She led the financial planning and analysis team for a California- based reportable segment of the company. Prior to that role, in 2008, she became the CFO for the Paris based NATO Business Line, part of the Thales Raytheon Systems joint venture between the Thales Group and Raytheon Company.
Elisabeth Pataki is experienced in various financial disciplines, including mergers, acquisitions and integration, and led the financial integration of Silicon Valley based Applied Signal Technologies, one of Raytheon’s largest acquisitions in 2011. In 2015, Elisabeth joined Swiss based EF Education First, a leading provider of educational travel and language training, as CFO, North America where she focused amongst others on international tax strategy before assuming the role of Global Head of Internal Audit in 2019 at the company’s headquarters in Zurich.
Elisabeth Pataki is American and lives in Switzerland. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Spanish from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. She also holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
