Roxana E. Nagat - Deputy Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board

Born in 1985 and member of the Supervisory Board of Vapiano SE since July 2020.

After completing her law studies, she worked for four years as a fully qualified lawyer for Faur S.A., a listed company based in Bucharest, Romania. She then worked as Senior Legal Counsel at the law firm Erini Dima in Bucharest, where she advised multinational companies on a wide range of complex legal matters, ranging from corporate law to contract law and various litigation.

She started her career at Vapiano SE in May 2016 and accompanied the IPO process. Since August 2017, she has been head of the legal department.)
