Publication pursuant to article 20(1) of the Luxembourg law of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements regarding information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market, as amended (the "Law") and article 2 of the Grand Ducal regulation of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements regarding information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market (the "Regulation").

For the purposes of the application of the Law, Grand City Properties S.A. chooses Luxembourg as its home Member State pursuant to article 1 point 9 (b) of the Law and article 2 of the Regulation.
