PETROTEC AG: Preliminary Figures for the Fiscal Year 2014/Expected Annual Net Loss

Preliminary figures for the fiscal year 2014 show an expected annual loss of approx. EUR 3.8 million.

Petrotec AG has concluded the fiscal year 2014 in a difficult market environment. According to preliminary unaudited figures, Petrotec has in the fiscal year 2014 generated a turnover of approx. EUR 167 million (previous year: EUR 193 million). The expected EBITDA amounts to approx. EUR 0.6 million (previous year: EUR 7.5 million), the expected EBIT approx. EUR -2.2 million (previous year: EUR 4.9 million) and the expected annual net loss approx. EUR -3.8 million (previous year: EUR 4.0 million).
Petrotec will provide details on the results for the fiscal year 2014 and an outlook for the fiscal year 2015 with the publication of the annual report on 18 March 2015.
