Hapag-Lloyd platziert erfolgreich Anleihe
Volumen von 250 Mio. Euro / Kupon von 7,75 Prozent / Anleihe mehrfach überzeichnet
Die Hapag-Lloyd AG hat bei institutionellen Anlegern erfolgreich eine Anleihe mit einem Volumen von 250 Mio. Euro platziert. Die Anleihe mit einer Laufzeit von fünf Jahren hat einen Kupon von 7,75 Prozent p.a. und war mehrfach überzeichnet. Der Ausgabekurs lag bei 100,00 Prozent. Die Einnahmen aus der Anleihe werden für allgemeine Geschäftszwecke inklusive der Refinanzierung bestehender Finanzverbindlichkeiten (ca. 200 Mio. Euro) und zur vorzeitigen, anteiligen Rückführung der 2015 fälligen Anleihen (ca. 50 Mio. Euro) verwendet.
Die Anleihe wird an der Luxemburger Börse gelistet. Die Emission wurde von der Deutschen Bank als Konsortialführer sowie den Banken Citigroup und J.P.Morgan begleitet. Co-Manager waren Berenberg Bank, IKB Deutsche Industriebank, M.M.Warburg and Morgan Stanley.
