Fidelity Management & Research Company, Boston, MA, USA sent us on January 13, 2011 according to section 21 (1) WpHG the following notification of voting rights:

On 07 January 2011 the voting rights held by Fidelity Management & Research Company fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in ELMOS Semiconductor AG, Heinrich-Hertz Strasse 1, 44227 Dortmund, Germany. On that date, Fidelity Management & Research Company held 2.95% of the voting rights in ELMOS Semiconductor AG, arising from 571,782 voting rights.
