Based on decision of Board of Directors of JSC 'Halyk Bank' dated September 30, 2014, on voluntary liquidation of subsidiary company HSBK (Europe) B.V. located in the Netherlands, on December 23, 2014, HSBK (Europe) B.V. was deregistered from Commercial Register of Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands due to its voluntary liquidation.
