On 8 March 2013, we were notified by Good Media Investment Holdings S.A R.L., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, in its own name and on its own behalf as well as in the name and on behalf of Media Investment Holdings S.à r.l., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, Colmar Investment Holdings Limited, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, Hague Holdings Limited, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands and Novatrust Limited, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, of the following:

''1. Good Media Investment Holding S.à r.l.

On 5 March 2013, the stake of Good Media Investment Holdings S.à r.l., 37, rue d'Anvers, L-1130 Luxembourg, Luxembourg, in the voting rights in Axel Springer AG, Axel-Springer-Str. 65, 10888 Berlin, fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, Good Media Investment Holdings S.à .r.l. held 2.98% in relation to all voting rights in Axel Springer AG (voting rights arising from 2,948,924 ordinary shares (Stammaktien); Axel Springer AG has issued ordinary shares only). This notification is given pursuant to sec. 21 (1) WpHG.

2. Media Investment Holdings S.à r.l.

On, 5 March 2013, the stake of Media Investment Holdings S.à r.l., 37, rue d'Anvers, L-1130 Luxembourg, Luxembourg, in the voting rights in Axel Springer AG, Axel-Springer-Str. 65, 10888 Berlin, fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, Media Investment Holdings S.à r.l. held 2.98% in relation to all voting rights in Axel Springer AG (voting rights arising from 2,948,924 ordinary shares (Stammaktien); Axel Springer AG has issued ordinary shares only). This notification is given pursuant to sec. 21 (1), 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.

3. Colmar Investment Holdings Limited

On 5 March 2013, the stake of Colmar Investment Holdings Limited, GTS Chambers, P.O. Box 3471, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, in the voting rights in Axel Springer AG, Axel-Springer-Str. 65, 10888 Berlin, fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, Colmar Investment Holdings Limited held 2.98% in relation to all voting rights in Axel Springer AG (voting rights arising from 2,948,924 ordinary shares (Stammaktien); Axel Springer AG has issued ordinary shares only). On 5 March 2013, the stake of Hague Holdings Limited, No. 2, The Forum, Grenville Street, St. Helier, JE 1 4HH, Jersey, Channel Islands, in the voting rights in Axel Springer AG, Axel-Springer-Str. 65, 10888 Berlin, fell below the threshold of 3%.
