Sunrise Business is introducing the Sunrise Business Collaboration option for Business Cloud PBX and the Business Package. The option expands the telephone system, which offers full integration for certified SIP and analog phones, to include modern communication channels. Sunrise Business is thus making it easier for small- to medium-sized companies to work together.
«Thanks to the Sunrise Business Collaboration option, companies can transform their way of working without having to invest in a completely new collaboration solution,» says Robert Redeleanu, Chief Business Officer at Sunrise. He explains: «The existing Sunrise landline number is automatically integrated into the communication software.»
In addition to existing functions such as call forwarding, personal greeting messages and call statistics, companies now benefit from collaboration features including instant messaging, audio and video conferences with up to 50 participants, group rooms and screen and document sharing. Collaboration is not limited to the team – external participants can also be involved in interactions if necessary.
Modernization without additional investment
The virtual telephone system Business Cloud PBX is managed via the web browser, which makes it easy to add new team members, locations or additional features. With the new collaboration app that is available for iOS and Android, customers can now also collaborate with each other from any location. The presence indicator displays whether coworkers are available.
In order to use Sunrise Business Collaboration, customers must have the Sunrise solutions Business Cloud PBX or Business Package. The additional cost for the Business Collaboration option is CHF 6.–/user per month, allowing customers to benefit from a subscription model with an attractive cost-benefit ratio.
