| The reason for the notification is the revival of a previously latent membership of the notifying parties in the pool agreement of the family shareholders of HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA, which comprises a total of 66,666,669 shares of the issuer associated with voting rights (corresponding to 60% of the issuer's share capital with voting rights). Membership of the persons subject to the notification obligation has expired in accordance with the pooling contract rules after having acquired shares in the Issuer for the first time from a member of the pooling agreement. |
