The contract for employment of Dr. Wolfgang Ollig, CFO of Hella KGaA Hueck
Co., which is set to expire on June 30, 2016 will not be renewed at his
request. The shareholders' committee and Dr. Ollig agreed that Dr. Ollig
will continue fulfilling his responsibilities until the decision on his
succession has been made.
