On December 19, 2014, Ms Julia Lotichius, Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that, due to the acquisition/disposal of shares to which Voting Rights are attached, her Voting Rights on HELLA KGaA Hueck & Co., Lippstadt, Germany, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 16, 2014 and on that day amounted to 60% (this corresponds to 66666669 Voting Rights).
59.82% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 66466669 Voting Rights) are attributed to Ms Lotichius in accordance with Article 22, Section 2, WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
