Citigroup Global Markets Europe Limited, London, United Kingdom, has notified us on 13 November 2014 pursuant to section 21 para. 1a WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in Hella KGaA Hueck & Co., Rixbecker Straße 75, 59552 Lippstadt, Germany, amounted to 5.00% (5,555,556 voting rights) as per 10 November 2014, the date of the first-time admission of the shares of Hella KGaA Hueck & Co. to trading on a regulated market.

Of these voting rights, 5.00% (5,555,556 voting rights) are to be attributed to Citigroup Global Markets Europe Limited, London, United Kingdom, pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 2 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG.
