Changes to the Board of Management of BayWa AG

BayWa AG, Munich, herewith announces changes to its Board of Management:
Dr. Stefan Bötzel, member of the Board of Management of BayWa AG
responsible for the Agriculture Business Unit, has laid down his office as
a member of the Board for family reasons with effect as from today.

Board member Dr. Josef Krapf will assume responsibility for the Company's
agricultural operations in his place. Dr. Krapf's former responsibilities
for the operations comprised under the Building Materials and the DIY &
Garden Markets business units will be transferred with immediate effect to
Board member Frank Hurtmanns, who will continue to be responsible for
Personnel and IT, among other tasks. In addition to his functions to date,
Chief Executive Officer Klaus Josef Lutz will assume responsibility for the
Real Estate Department. Executive Manager Andreas Helber, Head of Finance,
will take over additional responsibilities for Lending and the Regional
Administration Centres. The allocation of all other Board member tasks will
remain unchanged.
