BayWa AG: Restructuring court confirms restructuring plan

Munich, 6 June 2025 – BayWa AG announces that the Munich local court as the competent restructuring court, today has confirmed the restructuring plan. The plan was confirmed after the restructuring plan was approved with the required majorities at the court discussion and voting meeting on 15 May 2025.

The restructuring plan is to be implemented immediately after the plan confirmation becomes legally binding.
