BayWa successfully places bonded loan 

Munich-based BayWa placed a bonded loan of around EUR 220 million today.
The request originally submitted by the international trading group was for
EUR 100 million. The order book was, however, heavily oversubscribed which
prompted BayWa to raise the amount to EUR 220 million owing to the pricing
at the lower end of the range. BayWa already placed a bonded loan of EUR
200 million back in 2010. In contrast to the last bonded loan, BayWa's
intention this time is exclusively to secure short-term working capital
credit lines and not to fund acquisitions. Along with domestic banks,
institutional investors also arranged entries into the order book.
