ABAG Aktienmarkt Beteiligungs AG, Köln, Deutschland informed us on December
18, 2009, that pursuant to Article 27a, Section 1 of the WpHG on December
15, 2009, its shareholding in ALNO AG, Pfullendorf, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0007788408, WKN: 778840 had exceeded the threshold of 10% and amounts to
10.66% (1,686,636 Voting Rights) as per that date.
Concerning the goals for acquiring Voting Rights in ALNO AG and the source
of funds used for the acquisition, ABAG Aktienmarkt Beteiligungs AG
informed us of the following:
* The investment is used to implement strategic objectives, especially to
position ABAG Aktienmarkt Beteiligungs AG as a long term investor.
* ABAG Aktienmarkt Beteiligungs AG does not intend to obtain further Voting
Rights in ALNO AG by acquisition or any other way.
* ABAG Aktienmarkt Beteiligungs AG does not intend to influence the
composition of the issuers' administration, management or supervisory
board.
* ABAG Aktienmarkt Beteiligungs AG does not intend to change the capital
structure of the company, especially with regards to the ratio of
internal/outside financing and the dividend policy.
* Concerning the source of funds, the capital is financed by equity
capital.
