1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on ALNO AG, Pfullendorf,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007788408, WKN: 778840, have exceeded the 5% and 10%
limit of the Voting Rights on October 22, 2009  and on that day amounted to
10,66% (this corresponds to 1686636 Voting Rights).
