sentence 1 no 1, 24 WpHG and for IRE Beteiligungs GmbH, Stuttgart, Germany,
pursuant to sections 24, 21 (1) WpHG informed us about the following:
Te voting rights of IRE Beteiligungs GmbH in ALNO AG went below the
threshold of 20 % on 26 October 2007. The voting rights of IRE Beteiligungs
GmbH now amount to 19,50 %. This corresponds with 2,943,237 of the votes.
The voting rights of Bauknecht Hausgeräte GmbH in ALNO AG went below the
threshold of 20 % on 26. October 2007. The voting rights of Bauknecht
Hausgeräte GmbH now amount 19,50 %. This corresponds with 2,943,237 of the
votes. Those votes are attributed to Bauknecht Hausgeräte GmbH entirely
under section 22 (1) sentence 1 no 1 WpHG. The chain of the controlled
enterprises comprises: IRE Beteiligungs GmbH.
The voting rights of Whirlpool Greater China Inc. in ALNO AG have exceeded
the threshold of 20 % on 26. October 2007. The voting rights of Whirlpool
Greater China Inc. now amount to 19,50 %. This corresponds with 2,943,237
of the votes. Those votes are attributed to Whirlpool Greater China Inc.
entirely under section 22 (1) sentence 1 no 1 WpHG. The chain of the
controlled enterprises comprises: Bauknecht Hausgeräte and IRE Beteiligungs
GmbH.
