On October 16, 2015, Mr Max Müller, Switzerland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
ALNO AG, Pfullendorf, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting
Rights on October 13, 2015 and on that day amounted to 3.49% (this
corresponds to 2639122 Voting Rights).
0.75% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 569122 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Müller in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
