according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on ALNO AG, Pfullendorf, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%, 5% and
10% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 21, 2014 and on that day
amounted to 10.58% (this corresponds to 7418826 Voting Rights).
