1. The voting rights of Whirlpool Germany GmbH, Stuttgart, Germany, in ALNO
AG have on 21 March 2014 fallen below the voting rights thresholds of 30 %,
25 % and 20 % and amounted at that time to 19.99 % (corresponding to
14,018,995 voting rights).

2. The voting rights of Whirlpool Corporation, Benton Harbor, USA, in ALNO
AG have on 21 March 2014 fallen below the voting rights thresholds of 30 %,
25 % and 20 % and amounted at that time to 19.99 % (corresponding to
14,018,995 voting rights).

Of these voting rights 19.99 % (corresponding to 14,018,995 voting rights)
are attributed to Whirlpool Corporation pursuant to Sec. 22(1) sentence 1
no. 1, 22(3) WpHG through Whirlpool Germany GmbH, a subsidiary of Whirlpool
Corporation, which holds voting right in ALNO AG of at least 3 %.
