On August 05, 2013, LBBW Asset Management Investmentgesellschaft mbH,
Stuttgart, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on ALNO AG, Pfullendorf,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August
01, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.002% (this corresponds to 2104000
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.960% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
2075000 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
