1. On February 2, 2012, Milano Investments S.à.r.l., Esch-sur-Alzette,
Luxembourg, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) sentence 1 WpHG,
that its percentage of voting rights in ALNO AG, Pfullendorf, Germany, has
fallen below the threshold of 50% and amounted to 35.33% (9,219,422 voting
rights) as of January 30, 2012.

All of the aforementioned voting rights are attributed to Milano
Investments S.à.r.l. pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1, section
22 (1) sentence 3, section 22 (3) WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
controlled by Milano Investments S.à.r.l. and whose holdings of voting
rights amount to 3% each or more in ALNO AG:
- Küchen Holding GmbH


2. On February 2, 2012, Küchen Holding GmbH, Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg,
has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) sentence 1 WpHG, that its
percentage of voting rights in ALNO AG, Pfullendorf, Germany, has fallen
below the threshold of 50% and amounted to 35.33% of the voting rights
(9,219,422 voting rights) as of January 30, 2012.
