1. Erster Privater Investmentclub Börsebius Zentral (GbR), Cologne,
Germany, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its
percentage of voting rights in ALNO AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, fell below the
threshold of 5% on April 12, 2011, and amounted to 3.90% (1,016,636 voting
rights) as per this date. Thereby, no financial instruments have been used.

Of these voting rights, a total of 3.90% (1,016,636 voting rights) are to
be attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
Attributed voting rights are held via the following company whose holdings
of Voting Rights amount to 3% or more in ALNO AG:
- ABAG Aktienmarkt Beteiligungs AG

2. ABAG Aktienmarkt Beteiligungs AG, Cologne, Germany, has notified us
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in
ALNO AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, fell below the threshold of 5% on April 12,
2011, and amounted to 3.90% (1,016,636 voting rights) as per this date.
Thereby, no financial instruments have been used.
