1. Küchen Holding GmbH, Esch-sur-Lazette, Luxembourg, has notified us
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in
ALNO AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 50% on March 9,
2011, and amounted to 54.14% (14,128,716 voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, a total of 18.81% (4,909,294 voting rights) are to
be attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG via IRE
Beteiligungs GmbH.
2. Milano Investments S.à.r.l., Esch-sur-Lazette, Luxembourg, has notified
us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in
ALNO AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 50% on March 9,
2011, and amounted to 54.14% (14,128,716 voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, a total of 35.33% (9,219,422 voting rights) are to
be attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) no. 1 WpHG via Küchen
Holding GmbH and 18.81% (4,909,294 voting rights) pursuant to section 22
(1) sent. 1 no. 6 sent 2 and 3 via IRE Beteiligungs GmbH.
