notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting
rights in ALNO AG, Dusseldorf, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3%, 5%,
10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% on March 4, 2011, and amounted to 33.33% (8,698,326
voting rights) as per this date.
