Custom planning at the entry level

Enger/Hiddenhausen, 13 September 2014 – Pino, the entry level kitchen brand, presents its PN 270 line of front panels, now available in five modern, high-gloss colours from white to graphite, offering kitchen planners and consumers new options for modern, high-quality kitchen design. To keep up with the growing trend towards open kitchens and uniformly designed surfaces, the product line is being further enhanced with the addition of side panels and backsplashes in the entire colour spectrum of the PN 100 and PN 270 lines. In addition, the new cabinet widths greatly increase planning options and flexibility.

The goal of the Pino brand is to make high-quality kitchen design available at moderate prices. With its new additions to the line, which will be on display from 13 to 19 September 2014 as part of the ALNO AG DESIGN TOUR at the Kitchen Mile A30 trade show, the company is continuing its model for success.

Brilliant surfaces, modern colour schemes

With the new painted laminate surfaces from the PN 270 line, Pino is meeting the rising demand for high-gloss front panels for modern kitchens. The new line not only takes into account consumers' desire for clean surfaces and mirror effects, its unique construction also offers higher heat resistance and higher quality materials than film-coated front panels, for example. New production methods and materials make these modern, young and fresh front panels not only sturdier but also more affordable for the entry level kitchen buyer.

The kitchen for the younger generation

According to a survey of 1,600 users of the online German real estate portal Immonet, 33 percent prefer open kitchens. This is especially true among the younger generation. However, combining living and cooking spaces optimally requires comprehensive, high-quality kitchen design. With the new additions to its line, Pino is meeting this demand. 16-mm-thick side panels and backsplashes are available in all colours of the PN 270 and PN 100 series, giving retailers, builders and consumers a lot more flexibility regardless of space and concept constraints.

Pino has also added planning and design freedom with its newly introduced 40-cm wide drawer, pullout and flip-open cabinets.

All new products from the ALNO Group can currently be seen on the 2014 DESIGN TOUR as part of the Kitchen Mile A30 trade show inside the customer centre at the ALNO plant in Enger/Hiddenhausen.
