ALNO AG names Jörg Deisel Deputy CEO
The Supervisory Board of ALNO AG, Pfullendorf, has unanimously named Jörg
Deisel (55) Deputy CEO, effective immediately. Deisel will take over the
role of CEO on 15 March 2010, when the contract of current CEO Dr. Georg
Kellinghusen (62) runs out.
The position of Deputy CEO has been newly created with Deisel's
appointment. Alongside his position as current CEO, Dr. Kellinghusen will
continue in his role as board member responsible for finance. Michael
Paterka remains board member with responsibility for Quality Control,
Purchasing, IT, and HR.
Jörg Deisel has been on the board of ALNO for six months, where he is the
board member responsible for Sales and Production. During this short time,
he has successfully led the continual optimization of sales and production
processes. Before joining ALNO, he held various operative management
positions in Germany and abroad, including as CEO of Dynamit Nobel AG and
COO of Gagfah S.A.
