Hanover, 17 June 2009 - The shares of Viscom AG, Hanover, (ISIN
DE0007846867 // WKN 784 686) are currently trading in the regulated market
of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with a simultaneous listing in the
sub-segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's regulated market with
enhanced disclosure obligations (Prime Standard). In an effort to avoid
these expensive disclosure obligations and reduce the costs connected to a
listing in this market segment, the Executive Board and Supervisory Board
of Viscom AG decided today to move the Company's shares from the Prime
Standard of the regulated market to the General Standard of the regulated
market at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The Executive Board will make an
application to the management of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange to withdraw
the listing of the Viscom AG share in the segment of the regulated market
with enhanced disclosure obligations (Prime Standard). The withdrawal of
the listing will become effective three months after the decision of
Frankfurt Stock Exchange management has been published online
(www.deutsche-boerse.com). This application does not impact Viscom AG's
share listing on the regulated market (General Standard). The management
will officially authorise the trading of Viscom AG shares in the regulated
market (General Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
